Primary Job Function: Responsible for delivering recruiting success for our clients. This will be achieved through utilizing our existing recruiting systems and tools in concert with the needs of our clients.  You will play a critical role in ensuring our clients are hiring the best possible talent.

Work Hours: 6:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, some weekends

Reports to: Recruiting Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years prior HR and/or recruiting experience.  
  • HR certification acquired within 12 months of employment
  • Advanced computer skills i.e. fast typing and the ability to maneuver through different screens and programs quickly
  • The ability to write clear and concise emails and notes
  • Professional phone presence

Desired Qualifications:

  • HR Certification
  • 5+ Years Recuiting for Clients
  • Experience Hiring for Skilled Trades
  • Excellent Relationship Building skills
